Our call as spiritual leaders in the Kingdom is not merely to lead but to multiply — to raise up a new generation of godly, influential, and vibrant leaders who will shine Christ's light in every corner of the world. As the absence of leaders becomes glaringly evident, with empty pulpits, leaderless congregations, and growing lostness, there arises an urgent need to address the central issue: why are we not cultivating healthy, spiritual leaders who, in turn, foster others? And how can we do better?
