Carl is a passionate and tenured Christian publishing professional with over 30 years publishing experience. At the American Bible Society, Carl managed the rights of many intellectual translation properties with royalty revenues exceeding 4 million dollars while creating innovative, personal and client-centered promotions through intense relationship marketing.
In 2003 Carl established Goodwill Rights Management Corp. and it quickly became a leading rights agency within the Christian world. As its President he has successfully managed the licensing rights for over 100 organizations the world over. Among his achievements include the establishment of the internet based Christian Rights marketplace, evolge.com. He was instrumental in establishing the first publishing house for the Deaf. In 2020, Goodwill Audio was formed producing timely Christian Classics in audio book format.
While continuing to provide rights, sales and lead generation for its clients, 2021 saw Goodwill Rights Management Corp. being transformed into Goodwill Media Services Corp. (GMS), a Direct-2-Market (D2M) Publisher & Service Provider. Foreseeing the need for a new publishing model, to meet the emerging contours of a changing publishing industry. Under his direction, GMS empowers and unleashes the potential of content creators and bypasses typical market obstacles, in other words to become their own publisher. He and the GMS team have established a new publishing strategy that enables a content creator’s material direct-to-market and re-purpose content into multiple media formats which meet the changing needs of the 21st Century consumer.

Bill is a strategic marketing/branding specialist with more than 30 years of experience in senior marketing and management roles across a wide range of industries. Bill is recognized as a vanguard for bringing innovative marketing solutions to the Christian publishing industry.
Having held senior management positions at both the International Bible Society, The American Bible Society and CEO/Owner of a Christian fiction publishing company, has provided Bill with the leadership attributes necessary to bring high performance standards, and best business-practices to Goodwill Media Services Corp.
Bill’s areas of expertise are strategic marketing, media planning, branding, industry and customer analysis, segmentation, trend identification, creative, integrated marketing solutions, including all types of advertising, direct marketing, video, media development, social networking, web development, and online marketing.
Frank Gomez
Frank brings over 25 years’ experience in public service and not-for-profit arenas, making him the ideal person to handle account and customer services for Goodwill Media Services Corp.
His experience in outbound communications, relationship-building and outreach efforts has helped GMS’s authors expand their scope of influence beyond their own audiences.
Jim Holmes
Great Writing Company applies their services to Goodwill Media Services Corp. in the areas of concept, ghost writing, developmental editing, and book design through final production. The team at Great Writing has taken Goodwill Media Services authors from an idea/concept through all production phases.
Dave Holdt
Dave Holdt is Goodwill Media’s chief narrator and is a former national and regional radio program host, teacher, and gospel minister. Having spent the most part of his vocational career using his voice to encourage, inspire, teach, and lead, he now uses it to transfer the words of classical and contemporary Christian literature narrating numerous books for Goodwill Audio including Attributes of God, Pursuit of God, All of Grace, Heidelberg Catechism as well as producing audio for numerous ministries, publishers and authors.
Saszko Nezamutdinov
Saszko Nezamutdinov and his team represent Goodwill Media Services Corp. in Europe, working with multiple publishers to extend the net reach of GMS’s publishing clients by foreign rights transactions. Additionally, he is engaged in lead generation, multi-media publishing services as well as helping to coordinate creative needs for Goodwill Audio.
As an entrepreneur, Saszko started WMW Press, a growing Protestant publishing company in Krakow.
